What is this?

A pair of Munji Reinforced Inner Guards to fill in the gap created between the chassis/suspension components and body after a body lift. 

The original rubber Inner Guards will no longer cover everything after a 1” or 2” Body Lift is installed.

Please check if your vehicle has the same plastic Inner Guard liner shown in the second photo. These guards will not work if that is missing. Please note the photo of the Inner guards shown below is slightly different to the actual product, the actual product has a smooth black finish like our other HDPE products.

Construction

• Inner Guards are now CNC'd out of High-density Polyethylene (HDPE).
• Black in colour to suit the "Original Look".
• This a UV stable material and will not deteriorate in the sun.
• HDPE is a thermoplastic, which means if for some reason it is out of shape you can simply leave the part out in the sun on a hot day and it will be easy to flatten out again.

All Munji Inner Guards and Mud Guards are made to order. Please allow up to three weeks for production during regular processing times.

Two (2) different heights are available for purchase:-

2. 2” Body Lift

Hardware

The Inner Guards come with your chosen hardware, either:-

A. Bolts, washers and Jacknuts (please note this is the recommended mounting system, however, you will require a Rivnut crimper).

B. Bolts, washers and Rubber Thread Inserts.

Option to upgrade to M6 JDM Style Munji washers.

Installation

• Tools required – Allan key / Drill
• Optional tools required (depending on hardware selected) – Rivnut Crimper for rivnut hardware option
• Installation Time - Approximately 30 minutes for the initial install of Rivnuts
