Shipping Information
Munji 4x4 Accessories ships all of our products all around the world. In order to calculate postage fees, please add your items to cart and enter your address. We have multiple shipping options available, and viable international freight options will validate for you to select at checkout. Some items can only be sent by particular carriers. This will be noted on the specific product page.
Please note, Munji 4x4 Accessories Pty Ltd are not responsible or liable for any fees relating to Customs, tariffs, VAT, lost packages, or any other costs regarding your order. All parcels are shipped as 'sale of goods' with value, and at no time will be sent as a 'gift'.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR US-GOVERNED TERRITORIES:
Effective 29th August, 2025, all shipments to all US-Governed Territories will be subject to incoming tariffs. Munji 4x4 Accessories Pty Ltd reserve the right to contact customers in these areas to collect any further fees relating to this tariff. Orders will not be shipped until we have received payment in full.
In the instance where there are multiple items in an order that respond to different HS codes, resulting in tariffs, this information will be provided to you.
All customers are provided options to either:
i) cancel their order in full, with a full refund processed, or
ii) option to alter their shipping address to an address not in US-Governed territories (if applicable), with an updated shipping cost advised.
Update - Effective October 21st, 2025
Unfortunately, due to ongoing tariff circumstances and Customs requirements, we will be ceasing all shipments to the United States of America and all US-Governed Territories, until further notice.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
All international shipping orders with multiple items - including any pre-order items - will be held and shipped together once all stock is available to send. If you wish to split your order and have in-stock items sent, additional shipping and handling costs will be required to be paid prior to any further shipments being sent.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All international return shipments are at the cost of the customer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, along with any other applicable fees as stated within the terms, conditions, and refunds policy.
In the instance where there was an issue with your order, and advised directly by Munji 4x4 Accessories, we may provide a refund to you for the cost of return postage. A receipt must be provided showing the postal service, date, tracking number, and lodgement details. Failure to provide this will result in no refund being processed for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds for the cost of your item will only be processed once the item has been received by our warehouse and checked for damage. Any damaged goods will result in a reduced or nil refund, pending the extent of damage.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed into our system, and 7-10 business days after to be received into your original payment method (dependent on your financial institution).

IMPORTANT: Tracking details are NOT available if Economy/Standard service is selected, and this postal option can take weeks to be received, depending on your country.
