SHIPPING INFORMATION
Domestic Orders
All domestic orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post unless otherwise discussed with Munji staff.
International Orders
Please head to International Customers for more information.
Notification
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming this, as well as the tracking information.
You will also be provided with the option to agree to ‘Facebook Message’ notifications. This will result in you receiving a Facebook message as well as the email once your order has been sent.
To ensure you receive these notifications, please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.
How long will my package take to arrive?
All items are sent from the Gold Coast, Queensland and so delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Postage Costs
Some Munji 4x4 Accessories products have standard shipping Australia wide included in the price of the item, however due to an increase in postage costs, some items now incur postage costs.
Express post options are available to select at checkout from $20 (depending on the weight of the product being shipped). Please note that inner guards and mud guards are not able to be posted via express post due to their size.
All large volume orders have the option to be sent with couriers available to Munji. Freight is quoted and will be required to be paid prior to stock leaving Munji warehouse.
International Shipping - Bonnet Struts
Due to Australia Post and Customs regulations, bonnet struts cannot be sent internationally through our standard postal system. DHL are the only approved shipping agent to freight under regulations internationally.
Multiple Packages
Due to their shape, size and weight, some Munji products will be posted separately. Such as the:-
- Shackles;
- Inner Guards; and
- Mud Guards.
You will receive separate tracking information for each item if it is posted separately. Due to ongoing price increases of freight, unfortunately as of July 1st 2024 these items are also not included in the free shipping offer.
Lost / Damaged Items
Munji 4x4 Accessories cannot assume responsibility or liability for any item lost or damaged by Australia Post.
Each package sent will be sent with tracking information and will be packaged as safely as possible to try to ensure it arrives undamaged.
Should your item be lost, we assure you that we will do everything we can to try and track down your package with Australia Post.
Return to Sender
Should your package be returned to Munji by Australia Post as a result of your failure to collect the item or providing us with incorrect address details, we will require payment of additional postage costs to resend your item to you.
