What is this?

These are Billet 6061 Aluminium reinforcement plates and upgraded 304 Stainless Steel eccentric washers which strengthen the factory Lower Control Arm adjustment assemblies. 

What are the benefits?

The eccentric washers have been seen to fail and strip on the bolts, rendering the adjustment bolt useless as it will simply spin in the washer when you try to adjust it. These upgraded washers are made from a much stronger material then factory, and precision laser cut with a much tighter tolerance around the bolt, which gives more contact and greater strength.

The factory tabs in which the washers ride in can bend easily, such as when hitting a rut off-roading or a pot hole on-roading, allowing the washer to hop over, completely throwing out your wheel alignment and potentially putting you in a dangerous situation if you are driving your car. These bolt-in plates strengthen the factory tabs without any need for welding, making it easy for anyone to fit. A Wheel Alignment MUST BE carried out after fitting.  

The reinforcement plates are CNC machined from Billet Aluminium and anodised to ensure a long lasting, high quality finish. These are a tight tolerance fit and may require some light taps with a hammer to fit over the factory tabs. The upgraded eccentric washers are precision CNC laser cut from Stainless Steel and also are a tight tolerance fit and may require some light taps with a hammer to fit the factory adjustment bolt.
