4JJ1 Intercooler Hot Pipe Upgrade

This Pipe is made with a Flurosilicone liner which makes these oil safe. Silicone can still sweat but the oil will not deteriorate this material.
Please note when installing, do not use rubber grease or oil to help "slide" the pipe on, rather use saliva or hair sprey which will dry and help prevent the pipe slipping off under high boost applications.
When installing the pipe, be wary of the laminates of reignforment. If you catch the laminate of the Flurosilicone on the barb end of the cooler or turbo, you can cause interlaminate failure which will delaminate this inner lining. If this happens I cannot cover this under manufactures warranty.
What is this?
This is a direct replacement for the original rubber factory intercooler hose (top mounted intercooler only).
What are the benefits?
Replacing original hoses with reinforced silicon. Reinforced 4ply silicon with Fluro liner for oil and fuel resistance.
Made with more layers to reduce expansion which reduces lag and chances of hose splitting under high boost applications.
- Hose by itself;
- Hose with Stainless steel T-Bolt Clamps. Please note it is important to grease up the T-Bolt clamps as stainless is known to bind on itself.
What vehicles does this suit?
- RA7 Rodeo;
- RC Colorado - Diesel top mount intercooler only;
- Early D-Max (2007 to 2011/2012).
