Munji Mods Terms and Conditions Policy

MUNJI MODS/MUNJI PERFORMANCE - DYNO TUNING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

By completing the Munji Mods/Munji Performance customer pre-inspection and customer consent form I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms listed below:

1. I have provided accurate and complete information regarding my vehicle to the best of my knowledge.
2. I understand that failure to disclose previous repairs, modifications, servicing history, known faults or vehicle issues may increase the risk of mechanical failure during testing or tuning.
3. I understand that performance tuning places additional load on engine, drivetrain and associated components beyond normal road driving conditions.
4. I understand that while Munji Mods/Munji Performance will take reasonable care in inspecting and tuning my vehicle, pre-existing wear, hidden defects or mechanical weaknesses may become apparent during dyno testing.
5. I understand that Munji Mods/Munji Performance may cease tuning at any stage if a safety concern, mechanical issue or abnormal operating condition is identified.
6.  I understand that if Munji Mods/Munji Performance identifies servicing or mechanical issues before tuning, they may recommend repairs or servicing before any tuning work proceeds.
7. I authorise Munji Mods/Munji Performance to operate my vehicle on a chassis dynamometer for testing and tuning purposes.
8. I acknowledge that Munji Mods/Munji Performance cannot guarantee against failures resulting from:
   • Existing mechanical defects
   • Poor maintenance
   • Previous workmanship
   • Undisclosed modifications
   • Component fatigue or wear
   • Manufacturing defects
   • Failures unrelated to the tuning process
9. I understand that tuning may expose pre-existing weaknesses within the engine, turbocharger, transmission, cutch, fuel system, driveline or cooling system that were not otherwise evident.
10. I acknowledge that Munji Mods/Munji Performance is not responsible for damage arising from undisclosed faults, inadequate servicing, worn components or failures outside of its reasonable control.
11. I understand that no performance increase can be guaranteed, as every vehicle responds differently depending on condition, modifications, and fuel quality.
12. I understand that additional costs may be incurred if the vehicle does not comply with the information provided; if the vehicle has been provided to Munji Mods/Munji Performance with less than 75% of total fuel allowance; or in the instance that a combination of parts, consumables, or any sundries costs that are required to proceed. This list is not exhaustible.
