What is this and what are the benefits?

These are replacement silicone pipe seals, designed to be a replacement of the original rubber seals in the cold pipe. The factory rubber seals are easily lost or damaged, and grow hard with age.

These seals are 'sticky' compared to the factory rubber, with a smooth body design that allows for better sealing via more surface area. They are a slightly tighter fit compared to standard to help ensure a tight seal as well. When installing the cold pipe with these seals, you MUST loosen the intercooler bolts so the pipe can pivot down onto the barb, to prevent damage to the seal, and hairspray MUST be applied to the seal so it can slide easily over the barb.

What testing of this product has been done?

This product has been tested to 32 PSI on a tuned 4JJ1, with no issues. 

What vehicles does this suit?

• 2007 to 2008 – RA7 Rodeo;
• 2008 to 2012 – RC Colorado (4JJ1 diesel motor only);
• 2008 to 2012 – Isuzu D-Max (early shape).
