N.B. This is not to be used in conjunction with any other diff drop kit on the vehicle, it must be removed and replaced with this product.  

What is this?

This is a diff drop kit designed to prolong the life of your CVs, especially after lifting your vehicle. It drops the diff ~25mm and twists it to give clearance to chassis components. 

What are the benefits?

A ‘Diff Drop’ helps adjust the CV angle following a suspension lift to extend the life of the CVs.

This product was created to reduce the CV angle when at rest, meaning on a standard height vehicle, this relocation and diff drop kit will help minimize the strain and stress placed on the CVs through rotational/steering motion, as well as with suspension travel.  

Options Available

Complete Kit or DIY?

This diff drop can be ordered as a complete kit which includes a set of modified mounts with new bolts, new bushes and fresh paint. If you send your old brackets back to us and they are in reusable condition (Not twisted or bent, condition of bushes doesn't matter) we will refund you $200. 

Alternatively, you can purchase the DIY option which includes just the 2 weld in plates which you fit by cutting and welding your original diff mounts. 

Quick Release Mount or Standard CV Mount?

This Diff drop can be ordered with our Quick Release Style brackets, which make it much easier and faster to remove the CV. You can learn more here: CV Quick Release System - Holden R9 / TF Rodeo.

Alternatively you can purchase them in the standard format which can be modified later to suit quick release as well.

If you already have a set of our Quick Release Brackets please select the third option. These will come already modified to suit the CV Quick Release Brackets, without the Quick Release brackets themselves.

Installation

Tools required – socket set / pliers / allan keys / spanners / jack / hoist (if available) / screw drivers / hammer / pry bar (IF installing DIY plates, Grinder / Welder / Paint)

Installation Time - Approximately 3-6 Hours depending on tools available and workspace.

Difficulty – Detailed installation video provided; good tool/mechanical knowledge required
